Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information Novare Partners LLC ("Novare Partners," "we," "us") collects through novarepartners.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Novare Pest (novarepest.com) has its own privacy policy.

The short version

• We collect what you type into our contact form, plus basic details about how you reached us, so we can reply and learn which marketing works.

• We use Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tags to measure our ads. Those companies set their own cookies.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing clay.grantham@novarepartners.com.

Information you give us

Contact form (novarepartners.com/contact). When you send us a message, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)

• Company name and phone number (optional)

• What you'd like help with (Consulting, Software project, Partnership or General)

• Your message

• How you heard about us (optional: Google search, Facebook/Instagram, ChatGPT, Capterra/GetApp, G2, Google Maps, Referral or Other)

Booking an intro call. If we send you a link to book a Business Diagnostic intro call, that booking page is run by Microsoft Bookings, not this website. Microsoft collects what you enter there (such as your name, email, phone number and your answers to a few short questions, including how you heard about us) and adds the meeting to our calendar. Microsoft handles that information under its own privacy terms: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

With your form submission. Along with what you type, the form sends:

• The page you submitted from, and the page that referred you to our site

• The first page you landed on during your visit

• Campaign tags in the link you followed, if any: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content

• Ad click identifiers, if you arrived from an ad: gclid (Google) or fbclid (Meta)

• Your browser's user-agent string (browser and device type)

To remember the campaign tags, click identifiers, landing page and referring page between pages, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. It is not a cookie, and we receive nothing from it unless you submit the form.

To stop spam, we use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. We do not store your IP address. We store only a one-way, salted code made from it, which can't be turned back into the address.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. Vercel describes it as working without cookies: it counts visits using a temporary code made from the request, which it discards after 24 hours, and it reports only totals (pages viewed, referring site, country/region, browser and device type). It does not tell us who you are. Learn more: Vercel Web Analytics privacy.

Advertising tags. We use two advertising tools to see whether our ads lead to inquiries:

• Google tag / Google Ads. The Google tag loads on every page. It tells Google which pages you visit and, when you successfully submit the contact form, that a form was submitted and what kind of inquiry it was (for example, Consulting). It does not send Google your name, email, phone or message. Google sets cookies to connect ad clicks with these visits and conversions.

• Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel loads on every page. It tells Meta which pages you visit and, when you successfully submit the contact form, that a form was submitted and what kind of inquiry it was. Meta may also automatically record basic page information and button clicks. It does not send Meta your message. We have turned on Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching. That means the pixel may detect contact details you enter on the site, such as your email address or phone number, scramble them in your browser into a one-way code (a "hash"), and send that code to Meta so Meta can match the visit to a Meta account. Meta sets cookies to do this.

Google and Meta use this information under their own privacy policies, and may use it to measure ads, show our ads to people who visited our site, and improve their services:

• Google: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services

• Meta: Meta Privacy Policy

How we use your information

• To reply to you and talk with you about the work you asked about

• To keep a record of our conversations

• To understand which pages, searches and ads bring people to us, so we can spend our marketing time and budget well

• To keep the form working and stop spam and abuse

We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can do that work:

• Supabase, which hosts the database where form submissions are stored

• Resend, which delivers a copy of each submission to our inbox by email

• Microsoft, which hosts our email and calendar, and runs Microsoft Bookings

• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the page-view analytics described above

• Google and Meta, as described under Advertising tags

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and related emails for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Google, Meta, Microsoft and Vercel keep the data they collect according to their own policies.

Your choices

• Ad personalization. You can control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com) and in Google's ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can manage how Meta uses data from other websites and apps in your Meta ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences).

• Interest-based ads from many companies. You can opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

• Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including Google's and Meta's. Blocking them won't stop the site or the contact form from working.

• Emails from us. We only email you to reply to your inquiry or continue a conversation you started. Tell us if you'd like us to stop, and we will.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy,

• correct it,

• delete it, or

• stop using it for targeted advertising.

Whatever state you live in, you can make any of these requests by emailing clay.grantham@novarepartners.com. We'll confirm we received it, may ask for information to verify it's you, and will respond as soon as we can. We won't treat you differently for making a request. If you're an authorized agent making a request for someone else, tell us in your email.

Deleting information from our records doesn't delete what Google, Meta or Microsoft already hold. Use the links above, or contact those companies, to manage that.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and service providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or financial details through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
